The Order Records button is ONLY for current students and former students who graduated/withdrew in 2004 through 2018. The GA Futures button is ONLY for current students to request their official transcripts for Georgia Colleges/Universities.
There are several ways to obtain a high school transcript:
Current students
1. Students in grades 9 - 12 may contact their counselor or the registrar for a copy of their unofficial transcript.
2. Seniors requesting an official transcript for a Georgia College/University must request their transcript by clicking on the "GA Futures" button at the top of this page.
3. Seniors requesting an official transcript for an out-of-state College/University must request their transcript by clicking on the "Order Records" button at the top of this page.
4. Seniors requesting an official transcript for an out-of-state College/University who do not qualify for a waiver should complete a Transcript Request Form located in the Counseling Center.
Former students (Graduated/withdrew in 2004 through 2018)
1. Former students who graduated/withdrew in 2004 through 2018 may request their transcript by clicking on the "Order Records" button at the top of this page.
OR
2. Former students who graduated/withdrew in 2004 through 2018 also have the option of reporting to McNair High School to complete a Transcript Request Form. Please bring a current photo ID along with your cash payment for transcripts.
Former students (Graduated/withdrew prior to 2004)
1. Former students who graduated/withdrew prior to 2004 must request their transcript at:

Please note:
* Official Transcripts MUST be mailed from institution (McNair High School) to institution (College, job, etc). No one will be given an official transcript in their hand.
*There is a fee to process transcripts for former students. CASH is the only form of payment if you are requesting a transcript in person.
*We do not accept Transcript Request Forms that are mailed to us.
**The fastest method to have your transcript processed is to utilize the online options that pertain to the year that you graduated/withdrew from McNair High School.
